Production of targets for magnetron sputtering

On request, the company makes sinters and based on them targets that works in planar magnetron launchers.

Each time, the type of material for sinters and the diameter and thickness of the target are adapted to the individual needs of the customer (additionally, it is also possible to adjust the target to be mounted in the customer's magnetron).
